DAI, implementer of the USAID’s Tayar Nepal – Improved Disaster Risk Management Project, invites qualified vendors to submit quotation for services as follows:

| 4. Deadline for Bidders to request RFQ (Electronically only) | Interested bidders may obtain a full copy of the RFQ which contains detailed instructions for preparation of the quote. The RFQ must be collected through an email to tayarprocurement@dai.com by Monday, April 1, 2024, 5:00 p.m., Nepal time. |
| 5. Deadline for Receipt of Questions (Electronically only) | All questions regarding this RFQ should be made via email only: tayarprocurement@dai.com by Tuesday, April 2, 2024, 5:00 p.m., Nepal time. Responses will be shared via email by Wednesday, April 3, 2024. |
| 6. Deadline & Email for submission of Quotation (Electronically only) | USAID’s TAYAR Nepal-Improved Disaster Risk Management Project Quotation must be submitted electronically (email) to tayarprocurementinbox@dai.com and labeled with RFQ reference #, on or before Friday, April 5, 2024, 5:00 p.m., Nepal time. |
| 7. Anticipated Award Type | Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order (PO) Issuance of this RFQ in no way obligates DAI to award a subcontract or purchase order and Bidders will not be reimbursed for any costs associated with the preparation of their quote. |
| 8. Basis for Award | An award will be made to the responsible bidder whose bid is responsive to the terms of the RFQ and is most advantageous to DAI, considering price or/and other factors included in the RFQ. No discussions or negotiations are permitted with bidders, and therefore bidders shall submit their best and final price. |
