REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

DAI for USAID’s Tayar Nepal Project requests for quotations from interested potential vendors to provide Emergency Resources/KIT as mentioned below:

USAID’s Tayar Nepal – Improved Disaster Risk Management Project will strengthen the capacity of Nepal’s national and municipal institutions responsible for disaster preparedness and response. The project is funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and implemented by DAI Global LLC (DAI). The USAID’s Tayar Nepal seeks potential vendors to provide Emergency Resources/KIT.        

Interested bidders may obtain complete solicitation (RFQ) documents by emailing and request to tayarprocurement@dai.com and include the RFQ reference in the subject line on or before March 21, 2024, 5:00 pm, Nepal time. DAI will only respond to written questions regarding this RFQ through the email address: tayarprocurement@dai.com and any questions must be submitted by March 22, 2024, 5:00 pm Nepal Time. 

The quotation should be submitted by email to TayarProcurementINBOX@dai.com, labeled with RFQ reference #, on or before March 27, 2024, 5:00 pm, Nepal time.
