All submissions regarding this RFQ should be made via email only: USAIDBio_Submission@dai.com and submitted no later than Wednesday, 13 December 2023, at 17:00 local time. Please note that this email address is different from the one assigned for sending questions related to his contracting process.

Due to biosafety issues, quotes and proposals are only being received electronically.

Blanket Purchase Order

The supplier will supply the goods and services in accordance with the price and delivery terms established in the signed Purchase Order or Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA).

There are no advances of any kind for any case. 

• All payments are made in local currency, that is, in Nepali Rupees (Rs.)

An award will be made to the bidder whose bid is responsive to the terms of the RFQ and is most advantageous to DAI, considering price or/and other factors included in the RFQ. To be considered for the award, bidders must meet the requirements identified in Section 12, “Determination of Responsibility”. No discussions or negotiations are permitted with bidders, and therefore bidders shall submit their best and final price.
