REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) For CONSULTANCY SERVICES 

Translation & Designing Service

Helen Keller International, an Intl non-profit organization (INGO) works to improve the sight and lives of the vulnerable by combating the causes and consequences of blindness, poor health, and malnutrition through public health approaches, building the capacity of organizations, and contributing to policy changes through systems strengthening and operations research. 

Helen Keller Intl seeks to establish a Framework Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with qualified translation service providers and designing service providers. 

For Translation Services: to ensure timely, accurate, and technically appropriate translations for various projects, reports, training materials, and communications, on an as-needed basis.

For Designing Services: To ensure timely access to specialized design services under standardized terms, and to provide graphic design, layout design, illustration, and related services on an as-needed basis.

Proposal Requirements:

• CV[s] of individual/team/key members.
• Detailed methodology and technical approach.
• At least two samples of relevant work.
• At least two references from previous employer/clients/agencies served.

The RFQ and RFP must be submitted in your firm’s letterhead, the complete name, title, phone number and e-mail address of the individual to whom communications should be sent. The deadline for submitting Proposals under RFP Ref No. NP-BPA-2026-001 – Translation Services / NP-BPA-2026-002 – Designing Services is February 3, 2026, by 5:00PM Nepal Time (NST) at
