| 8. Anticipated Award Type | The anticipated award type would be a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order for an estimated period of performance of 13 weeks for REQ-KTM-23-0432 and 9 weeks for REQ-KTM-23-0433 according to predetermined performance packages and tasks of work. Issuance of this RFP in no way obligates DAI to award a subcontract or purchase order and offerors will not be reimbursed for any costs associated with the preparation of their bid. |
| 9. Basis for Award | An award will be made based on the Trade-Off Method. The award will be issued to the responsible and reasonable offeror who provides the best value to DAI and its client using a combination of technical and cost/price factors. |
