Heifer Project Nepal (HPN) is a non-profit, humanitarian organization dedicated to ending hunger and poverty and caring for earth by providing livestock, education, and other resources to help poor families become self-reliant.

HPN is seeking proposals from interested relevant organizations to “study the process of formation of apex bodies in Nepal and the factors for their success or failure and recommend appropriate process and form for forming an apex body for smallholder farmers and their cooperatives”. This RFP is open to all organizations that can provide the requested services and are legally constituted and have a valid registration

Only shortlisted organizations will be contacted for further process. HPN reserves the right to accept or reject any/all submitted quotation without assigning any reason.
