Request for Proposal/Request for Application (RFP/RFA)

FHI 360 is a global organization that mobilizes research, resources, and relationships so people everywhere have access to the opportunities they need to lead full, healthy lives. FHI 360 has been working in Nepal since the last three decades. FHI 360 Nepal Office is requesting separate proposal/application from qualified locally registered organizations to provide the following services under the USAID Clean Air:

Interested organizations are requested to submit their proposals/applications based on the guidelines for submission of the proposal/application. Request for guidelines for the preparation of the proposal/application and questions regarding the RFP/RFA should be emailed to nepal.eoi@fhi360.org no later than October 8, 2024.

The applicant organization has the option to submit either a hard copy or an electronic copy of the proposal/application. Electronic copy of the proposal/application including all required documents in “portable documents format” and budget in separate excel file should be submitted through email to nepal.eoi@fhi360.org following FHI 360 Nepal Office’s instructions for electronic proposal/application submission. Similarly, the hard copy of the proposal/application with all required documents should be submitted in sealed envelope at the below-mentioned address:

Agencies are requested to submit their proposal/application within the given deadline. Proposals/applications received after the deadline will not be accepted and considered non-responsive. 

FHI 360 reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the proposals/applications without assigning any reason whatsoever.
