| Anticipated Award Type | The anticipated award type would be a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order for an estimated period of performance on/about from the first of Mid July 2024 to the end of June 2025 Issuance of this RFP in no way obligates DAI to award a subcontract or purchase order and offerors will not be reimbursed for any costs associated with the preparation of their bid. |
| Best of Award | An award will be made based on the Trade-Off Method. The award will be issued to the responsible and reasonable offeror who provides the best value to DAI and its client using a combination of technical and cost/price factors. |
