Good Neighbors International (GNI) has been working in Nepal since 2002 with the objective of improving the lives of people, especially children through implementing community development projects in the areas of education, child protection, income generation, public health, WASH, and disaster risk reduction. Good Neighbors International Nepal upholds a child-centered community development model that puts the children at the center and works together with their families, communities, and social institutions to achieve long-term development aspirations, considering the multi-faceted nature of community development. 

In 2022, Good Neighbors International Nepal entered the fifth phase project agreement (PA, 2022-2026) with the Social Welfare Council (SWC) of Nepal and has since been implementing Integrated Community Development Project (ICDP) in 17 districts. This phase of the project was intended to improve well-being of children, their families and communities through interventions under three sectoral areas: (a) Education and Protection, (b) Public Health and (c) Social Economy. 

Before implementing ICDP, Good Neighbors International Nepal conducted Baseline study in 2022 to assess the pre-project status in the working community. Since the project is going to be completed in December 2026, it is considered to conduct end-line evaluation to assess the overall achievements, outcomes and changes brought about by the Integrated Community Development Project (ICDP).

Request for Proposal (RFP) for End-line Evaluation of ICDP 

Good Neighbors International Nepal invites financial and technical proposals from consulting firms or interested individuals for conducting the End-line Evaluation of ICDP.

Procedures for the submission of proposal: 

Interested firms/consultants must submit both financial and technical proposals in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Proposal for Endline Evaluation of ICDP” by 17:00 hrs., 15th September 2026 via courier or hand delivery to Good Neighbors International Nepal, Karmachari Sanchya Kosh Bhawan, 5th floor, Lagankhel, Lalitpur Or email at eoi@gninepal.org marking “Proposal for Endline Evaluation of ICDP” in the subject line.

Telephonic enquiry including any attempts to influence the selection process may lead to automatic disqualification.
