Swisscontact, established in 1959 in Switzerland, is a leading partner organisation for the implementation of international development projects. Swisscontact, registered as an International Non-Governmental Organisation in Nepal, has been operating since 1991 and is currently implementing six development programmes across all seven provinces of Nepal.

Quality Technical and Vocational Education and Training for Youth (QualiTY) project is a bilateral initiative between the Government of Nepal and the Government of Switzerland. It is implemented by the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training at the federal level and Ministry of Social Development / Education at the provincial level. Swisscontact Nepal provides technical assistance to the project through the Project Support Units (PSUs) at federal and provincial level on behalf of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC).

QualiTY Project invites proposal from qualified individuals or organisations to submit their Request for Proposal (RFP) to analyse the existing systems in TVET sector focusing on the school management software, IRD system (as a learning), GIDC policy for interoperability protocol and submit report with recommendations/ infographics.

The sealed application must be submitted to the QualiTY Project Office, CTEVT Building, 1st Floor, Madhyapur Thimi-2, Bhaktapur, Nepal or in PDF format (separate technical and separate financial proposal) and separate zipped file for eligibility criteria document addressed to email info.quality@swisscontact.org latest by 11:59 PM Nepali time, 03rd July 2024. Proposal received after the deadline will not be eligible.
