Institutional Context

DSWCN is committed to people-centeredness, care, integrity, accountability, social justice, and excellence, with a focus on empowering women, children, Dalits, and other marginalized groups to enjoy their rights without discrimination.

To further strengthen its organizational development and institutional systems, DSWCN is inviting proposals from qualified and experienced consulting firms or individual consultants to provide specified consultancy services.

Purpose of the Assignment

The assessment will evaluate the organization’s social performance by examining its impact on employees, customers, communities, and society. It will assess whether resources and activities are being used responsibly and identify areas where the organization may not be adequately addressing social needs or expectations. The assessment will also provide evidence to support better decision-making, policy development, and future planning. Furthermore, it will promote transparency by documenting and communicating the organization’s social performance to stakeholders, while assessing compliance with relevant social, ethical, and legal standards. Overall, the assessment will determine the extent to which the organization’s activities contribute positively to community welfare and social development.

Submission Guidelines

We invite qualified consulting firms and individual experts to submit a comprehensive proposal that demonstrate a clear understanding of these objectives and a robust methodology for their achievement.

Required Proposal Components:

A. Technical and Financial Proposal

• Completed Consultancy Proposal Form as per the TOR (attached).
• Technical Proposal, including the consultant's understanding of the assignment, proposed methodology, work plan, and timeline.
• Financial Proposal, clearly indicating the total consultancy cost, inclusive of all applicable taxes.
• Updated Curriculum Vitae (CV) of the proposed consultant(s) or key team members.
• Evidence of previous similar assignments, including samples of relevant work or references, if available.

The following documents must be submitted:

• Firm/Company Registration Certificate.
• PAN/VAT Registration Certificate.
• Latest Tax Clearance Certificate.
• Other related documents

Application Procedure

Prospective consultancy organization/individual are encouraged to review the complete Terms of Reference (TOR) to fully understand the scope of the project. Please submit your complete application package to dswcn.procurement@gmail.com no later than 5.00 PM on August 24, 2026.

Note:- All bidders are requested to align the financial proposals with the budget ceiling [NPR 95,000/- inclusive of all taxes] as stipulated in the RFP document. Please note that any proposal that exceeds a variance of 10% from the stipulated budget ceiling will not be eligible for further evaluation.
