Renewable World Nepal (RWN) is a not-for-profit international development organization dedicated to alleviating poverty by promoting access to clean, reliable renewable energy. RW hereby Requests for Proposal (RFP) from eligible Proponents (Consulting Firms) for the following task: Detailed Feasibility study of Solar Powered Water Lift System for Gavar Valley Lions Park." 

• The proposal must contain Technical and Financial proposals sealed in Separate Envelopes. Both the sealed proposals must be sealed in another single envelope mentioning the Title of the Task.

• Interested Eligible Proponents are required to submit the proposal to the office of RWN by Hand on or before 17:00 hrs. Nepal time by 31st May 2024. Proposals received after this deadline will not be accepted.
• Received Proposal (Technical) shall be opened in the presence of Proponents' representatives who choose to attend at 12:15 PM on 3rd June 2024 at the office of RW, Chakupat, Lalitpur, Nepal. But nothing shall bar the opening of the Technical Proposal only because any proponent or its agent is not present.
• The method of selection will be Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS), 70:30 weightage for Technical and Financial proposals respectively.
• Proposals must be valid for a period of 90 days, counting from the day of the Technical Proposal opening.
• Other details are provided in the RFP document.
• If deadline for submission and opening falls in public holiday, the deadline will be same time of the  immediate next working day.
• RW reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the proposals without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
