Anticipated Award Type | Multiple Award Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with issuance of Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) Task Orders (TO) under said IQC. DAI anticipates awarding up to 14 IQCs for seven (7) packages with an ordering period through June 30, 2024. The maximum aggregate dollar value of task orders awarded to all IQC holders shall not exceed $2.5 million. This ceiling is not being subdivided among the number of awardees nor is it being multiplied by the number of awardees. A potential offeror can be awarded a maximum of two (2) IQCs for two different packages. These two IQCs qualify the IQC holder to submit a response/proposal to the two Requests for Task Order Proposals (RFTOPs) issued for the packages under which he received the IQCs. A potential offeror receiving two IQC awards is possible only if the offeror proposes two completely different personnel for each package among other considerations. This RFP is for the IQC only. The first RFTOP is anticipated to be released on or around last week of October 2023. |
Non-governmental organizations (NGOs) that wish to submit proposals have the option to submit proposal either individually or as part of a consortium, with a maximum of two NGOs participating. However, in the case of a consortium, it is essential that the leading role is assumed by an NGO registered for Value Added Tax (VAT), and this leading NGO will be responsible for overseeing the project's execution.
