REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

DAI for USAID Tayar Nepal Project request for proposals from interested potential vendors to provide services as mentioned below:

USAID Tayar Nepal – Improved Disaster Risk Management Project will strengthen the capacity of Nepal’s national and municipal institutions responsible for disaster preparedness and response, is funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and implemented by DAI Global LLC (DAI). The USAID Tayar Nepal seeks qualified construction companies with registration as per the Construction Business Rule 2056 (2000) for below mentioned construction projects:   

1. Landslide Mitigation Project Work in Neelkantha Municipality 
2. Unreinforced Stone Masonry in Mud Mortar School Building Retrofitting Works in Dullu Municipality 
3. Riverbank Protection Work in Rajapur Municipality 
4. Pond Improvement Project in Tulsipur Sub Metropolitan City 

Interested bidders may obtain all four (4) complete solicitation (RFP) documents by sending an email request to TAYARTechProcurement@dai.com and include the RFP reference in the subject line on or before January 31, 2022 5:00 pm, Nepal time.  Interested bidders may submit proposal(s) responding to only one RFP or all four RFPs depending on their interest and capacity to perform the services.  For bidders who are interested in all four RFPs, the proposals must be submitted separately per each RFP. The proposal should be submitted by email to TayarProcurementINBOX@dai.com, labeled with RFP reference #, on or before February 3, 2022, 5:00 pm, Nepal time.
