Himalaya Conservation Group Nepal (HCG) in collaboration with Oxfam Nepal and local partners is implementing a project titled: “Enhancing CSOs roles as key development partners for climate-resilient policies and practices in Province-2”. It aims to benefit the population in target province and catchment areas from improved climate governance by strengthening Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), ensuring the accountability of local government and enabling partnership for inclusive, and climate-sensitive actions. The project is sponsored by the European Union (EU) and implemented as a lead partner by Oxfam Nepal, along with three other local partners, including HCG.

Thus, HCG is soliciting proposals for the Multi-Stakeholder Participatory Climate Vulnerability Risk Assessment (VRA) of Pilot Project Sites Tirhut Rural Municipality and Kanchanrup Municipality of Saptari District; Chandrapur and Brindaban Municipalities of Rautahat District from the qualified firms/companies with relevant expertise and experience as per the Terms of Reference (TOR).

TO APPLY: Interested and eligible firms/companies are requested to submit their Technical Proposal and the Financial Proposal files SEPARATELY via email, to HCG Procurement Unit: procurementhcg@gmail.com.
