Request for Information
Plan International Nepal is an independent development and humanitarian organization that advances children’s rights and equality for girls. Plan International has been working in Nepal since 1978 to help most marginalized children, their families and communities for accessing their rights to survival, development, protection and participation. Plan International Nepal has been implementing programmes through development partners, in coordination with government and other stakeholders in 11 districts.
Plan International Nepal is currently reviewing the provision of obtaining different materials, goods and services as part of developing our plans. To meet this requirement, we are issuing this Request for Information (RFI). This RFI is one vehicle by which we can systematically identify similarities and differences between suppliers in the market, and additionally gain a greater understanding of specific suppliers’ abilities, core business and strategic outlook with respect to our requirement form the market.
Plan International Nepal, Regional Office West Surkhet invites to submit a response to this RFI. The purpose of the RFI at this stage is to prequalify suppliers based on their responses. RFI invitation will be considered solely for the purposes of building a greater understanding of the marketplace and industry’s ability to fulfil our requirements. Interested Vendor/ Firm registered in Government of Nepal are requested to send the RFI for following services/Goods:

Deadline for Submission
Through hardcopy OR email. Hard copy of the RFI should be submitted clearly mentioning the RFI Reference No. with heading on or before 30 June , 2024 to the address as mentioned below, OR email can be sent through NepalWRO.Procurement@plan-international.org clearly mentioning the RFI Reference No. on or before the above mentioned date.
