Request for Expression of Interest (EOI) from Eligible Suppliers/Vendors/Consultants for standing list

About the organization

Center for Research and Sustainable Development Nepal (CREASION) is a not-for-profit organization that was established in 2005. Since it was founded, CREASION has been a leader in environmental protection in Nepal through recycling, research, emergency response, grassroots and circular economy related interventions. CREASION also houses innovative, impact-based projects as well as a learning center for youth. CREASION’s work is majorly centered around four thematic areas; Environment and Sustainability, Emergency Disaster Response and Youth Empowerment.

Expression of Interest for Vendor Enlistment

CREASION invites qualified vendors/suppliers to provide various goods and services for Year 2023-24 (31 September 2023 to 31 September 2024). Vendors/service providers interested in being listed in the vendor roster are requested to submit their Expression of Interest.

1. Vehicle Rental Service-Provide vehicle rental service in all provinces of Nepal
2. Travel services- Ticketing for Air Travel (International and domestic), and Road travel
3. Office equipment & IT hardware- Laptop, printer, LCD projector, UPS, photocopy machine, Printer Cartridges, Hard disk, Pen drive other IT equipment.
4. Website Services- Website designing, hosting, maintenance, renewal and updates
5. Stationery-Office stationery supplies (A4 size and Photocopier papers, Pens, Tapes, Glue sticks, scissors, staplers, punching machine, carbon paper, binders, document holders, etc.), other office stationery.
6. Grocery supplies-cleaning supplies, pantry/kitchen supplies and other grocery items
7. Furniture and furnishing fixtures-Supply of various furniture items, maintenance of furniture
8. Maintenance services- Air conditioners, electricity, solar system and battery, online UPS, plumbing, sewage, carpentry, and generator
9. Printing, and designing- Printing (T-shirts, bags, notebooks, folders, standees, banners, stickers, flags, jackets, caps, souvenirs, sign boards, signage) publishing and designing of various works
10. Photography- Photography Services for various types of office events (outdoors and indoors)
11. Transportation-Transportation and Delivery of goods
12. Training Institutes or Trainers- To provide suitable/relevant trainings for organizations and its staffs
    

Interested vendors should submit their company profile, copy of valid company registration certificate, copy of VAT/PAN registered certificate, and latest tax clearance documents by 15th October 2023.

Submission Procedures:

Hard Copy Submission: The hard copy documents should be enclosed in a sealed envelope with Subject-CREASION Nepal, EOI FY23-24, vendor Enlistment and mention the category you are interested in from the above list. Soft Copy Submission: Submit scanned copy of documents online (email to: communication@creasion.org) with the Subject- CREASION Nepal, EOI FY23-24 vendor Enlistment and mention the category you are interested in from the above list.

CREASION reserves the right to reject any submission and make the final selection decision.
