Request for Expression of Interest (EOI) for Consultancy

DEC Nepal has been implementing Community Based Inclusive Development (CBID) Project in Baijanath and KohalpurMunicipals of Banke district for the inclusive society for all. CBID Project has been funded by CBM Nepal).   

DEC Nepal has planned to hire consultant "to translate the existing DEC Nepal's policies from English to Nepali, to develop new policy and provide technical support for review and amendments of financial policy/guidelines of DEC Nepal. 

DEC Nepal is looking Technical person around 2.5 months from 8th November to 2nd week of January, 2021. Interested and experienced firm and individual from same field are requested to submit application along with the hardcopy of the following document or through email to the address and deadline mentioned below:

The consultant is expected to carry out following activities:

• Consultant shall study, review the existing policies/guidelines of DEC Nepal. 
• Consultant shall work closely with assigned focal person of DECN for this consultancy. 
• Consultant shall translate policies/guideline either newly developed or reformulated/revised within given timeframe.
• The consultant shall demonstrate his/her behaviour in compliance with DEC Nepal values and rules 

Interested Consultancy firms and professional personnel are required to submit the following: 

• Letter of interest 
• Personal CVs of professional personnel proposed for this project
• A brief concept note highlighting the methodological design including work plan. 
• Provide any policies that you have already developed as reference.
• Financial proposal indicating consultancy fee and a breakdown of expenses. 
• Copy of company registration certificate (not required for independent persons/ freelancers)
• Copy of PAN/VAT registration certificate
• Certificates 

Deadline for Submission of Expressions of Interest: 3rd November 2020 before 5 PM. For more detail Terms of Reference (TOR) can be obtained through email upon request in the following email.
