We are currently seeking a Regional In-Charge /Marketing Executive to join our team and help us establish a strong sub-agent network in Koshi Pradesh.

Regional In-Charge for Koshi Pradesh

Job Overview:

The Regional In-Charge will be responsible for establishing and managing a strong sub-agent network in Koshi Pradesh. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of building and managing successful business relationships, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and recruit potential sub-agents in Koshi Pradesh.
• Provide training and support to sub-agents to ensure they are able to effectively promote and sell our services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with sub-agents, ensuring they are motivated and incentivized to promote our services.
• Monitor sub-agent performance and provide coaching and support to improve their sales and customer service skills.
• Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that will increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Prepare regular reports on sub-agent performance and provide recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
• Proven track record of building and managing successful business relationships.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with the remittance services industry is a plus.
