Roles and responsibilities of this job

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player and is an energetic, polite, and well-mannered individual to join our team as a receptionist.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and students in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer and direct phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Keep track of appointments and schedules for counseling sessions.
• Provide basic information about services, programs, and courses offered by the consultancy.
• Manage incoming and outgoing documents and deliveries.
• Coordinate with different departments for smooth operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

Required qualifications for this job

• Education Level: Minimum +2 pass (Bachelor’s degree running or completed will be given priority)
• Experience: Minimum - 2 years

Other Specification

• Minimum Bachelor's degree or above in any discipline.
• At least 2 years of proven work experience in a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle client inquiries and coordinate efficiently.
• The candidate must have experience in creating and posting videos on social media platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram, and should have a strong follower base.
