As a Counselor, you'll play a key role in supporting students and applicants through every step of their journey to study and intern in Australia — from course selection to, traineeship application and pre-departure guidance. The WHY, WHEN, WHERE of the process.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate, current information about Australian education provider and Internship opportunity.

• Assist applicants in selecting suitable courses and institutions aligned with their academic and career goals.

• Guide applicant with documentation and process smoothness.

• Support applicant visa application processes

• Conduct pre-departure briefings and ensure ongoing communication

• Liaise effectively with third parties including parents, educational institutions, and visa authorities.

• Stay updated with changes in Australian visa process and regulations.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Education, Management, or a related field preferred).

• Minimum 1 years of experience in student counseling (preferably for Australia).

• Strong knowledge of the Australian education system and visa processes.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.

• Prior experience with an education consultancy is a plus.
