Background

Plan International is an independent development and humanitarian organisation that advances children’s rights and equality for girls. Plan International has been working in Nepal since 1978 helping marginalized children, their families and communities to access their rights to survival, protection and participation. With the close coordination of local partners and stakeholders, we are working in 13 districts across the country. 

We invite applications from interested candidates for the following position:

Project Specialist- Bright Future: Empowered Children, Adolescents and Youths Project -1 Position (Project-based employment until March 2028; Open to all applicants) based in Regional Office- Dhanusa 

Responsibility: The role is responsible to lead and oversight the “Bright Future: Empowered Children, Adolescents and Youths (CAY)” Project. The key role of this position is planning, budgeting, capacity building, documentation, donor reporting, quality assurance and partnership management. The Project Specialist will play a vital role in developing and facilitating private sector actor’s engagement to achieve the specified outcomes of the project. This position requires ensuring compliance of organization and donor including humanitarian response as when required.
