KIRDARC Nepal is an NGO dedicated to upholding the rights of marginalized and excluded communities through its interventions on human rights, democracy, and good governance, with a special focus on building the capacities of right holders, duty bearers, and civil society, contributing to inclusive growth and fair development. It works with a vision of a just and prosperous society where people have access to and ownership over resources and communities.

In partnership with Plan International, KIRDARC Nepal is going to implement the “Girls Standing Strong (GSS)” Project in Naraharinath and Sanni Triveni rural municipality of Kalikot district. KIRDARC in order to implement the Girls Standing Strong project in its working areas. Thus, KIRDARC Nepal is seeking suitable, qualified, dynamic, and motivated Nepali citizens for the following full-time positions:

Position Description: Project Officer -Early Childhood Development(ECD) & Nutrition Health - 1 Person (Based in Sanni Triveni Rural Municipality of Kalikot District under Girls Standing Strong (GSS) Project)

Academic Qualification and Experience: A bachelor's degree in public health(BPH) requires two years of relevant work experience in Early Childhood Development(ECD) projects mainly related with Nutrition & Health from an I/NGO. Priority is given during the hiring process to candidates who are prepared to work in rural communities.

Key Skills and Knowledge Required: Have good academic knowledge and technical experience in Early Childhood Development and Nutrition Health; project management and financial management experience; report, prepare proposals and case studies; writing; communication; facilitation; and negotiation skills; very good skills and knowledge in documentation and reporting in English and Nepali. Excellent computer skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
