Rural Community Development Centre (RCDC- Nepal) Lamjung works for the wellbeing of children, happiness of women and advocacy for governance culture. It has managed quality education, Child Health and Hygiene, Climate Change Adaptation, Nutrition and Resilience Livelihood, WASH, Local Governance, and Community Development initiatives that bring prosperity and wellbeing of vulnerable community. 

Rural Community Development Centre (RCDC) Nepal, in partnership with World Vision International Nepal, is going to implement Nepal Education Project in Lamjung District. This Project implements in two Schools in Lamjung which will be starting from 1st October 2025, Out of two schools one will be major construction component while other we will be renovations and materials for child friendly learning environment. RCDC - Nepal is seeking for energetic, dedicated, self-motivated and professional personals as mentioned below. Position: Project Officer 

Number: 1 (One) 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Program Management and Operation - 30% 
• Technical Leadership and Quality Assurance - 50% 
• Collaboration and External Engagement - 10% 
• Documentation and Reporting - 10%

Academic Qualification and Experience: 

Diploma in Civil Engineering from recognized institutions with more than 3 years of relevant experience in education projects having school infrastructure components (School building and WASH facilities). It also requires report writing, analytical skill and communication skill in English language and valid two wheelers license. 

Duty Station: RCDC Central Office, Besishahar, Lamjung
