बोलपत्र/प्रस्ताव पेश गर्न आह्वान

सुशासन प्रवद्र्धनका लागि युवा (YGGP) कर्णाली प्रदेश, सुर्खेतमा अवस्थित एक गैरजातीय, गैरधार्मिक, गैरनाफामुखी तथा गैरसरकारी संस्था हो । “परिवर्तनका लागि युवा, युवाका लागि परिवर्तन” भन्ने मूल नाराका साथ २०७५ सालमा जिल्ला प्रशासन कार्यालय, सुर्खेतमा दर्ता भई समाज कल्याण परिषद् तथा गैरसरकारी संस्था महासंघ लगायत विभिन्न राष्ट्रिय तथा प्रदेश स्तरीय सञ्जालहरूसँग आबद्ध रहेको छ .

स्थापना काल देखि नै संस्थाले सुशासन, युवा सशक्तीकरण, सामाजिक उत्तरदायित्व, शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, लैङ्गिक समानता, जलवायु परिवर्तन, विपद् जोखिम न्यूनीकरण तथा दिगो विकासका क्षेत्रमा स्थानीय सरकार, नागरिक समाज, विकास साझेदार तथा समुदायसँग सहकार्य गर्दै प्रभावकारी कार्यक्रम सञ्चालन गर्दै आएको छ । YGGP युवाको क्षमता, सिर्जनशीलता र नेतृत्वमा विश्वास गर्दै नेतृत्व विकास, स्वयंसेवा, अनुसन्धान, नवप्रवर्तन तथा सामाजिक अभियान मार्फत समाजमा सकारात्मक परिवर्तन ल्याउन निरन्तर क्रियाशील रहेको छ ।

चौतारा तथा सार्वजनिक प्रतीक्षालय सुधारका लागि निर्माण सामग्री आपूर्ति तथा निर्माण कार्य

सुशासनका लागि युवा प्रवर्द्धन (YGGP) ले सन् २०२४ देखि HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation Nepal को नेतृत्वमा तथा काठमाडौं विश्वविद्यालय, स्कुल अफ आर्ट्स (Master’s in Urban Studies) को सहकार्यमा सञ्चालित Hamro Sahar – Urban Futurescape Project सिम्ता गाउँपालिकामा कार्यान्वयन गर्दै आएको छ। परियोजनाले स्थानीय आवश्यकता र सम्भावनालाई ध्यानमा राख्दै समावेशी, सुरक्षित तथा दिगो शहर विकासका लागि विभिन्न पहलहरू सञ्चालन गर्दै आएको छ। सिम्ता गाउँपालिकामा परियोजनाले स्थानीय समुदायका लागि सुरक्षित, सहज र उपयोगी सार्वजनिक स्थानको विकास तथा सुधारमा सहयोग गर्दै आएको छ।

यसै क्रममा, सिम्ता गाउँपालिका वडा नं. ६, जमुने बजारमा रहेको विद्यमान चौतारालाई सुधार गरी सुरक्षित, सहज र बहुउद्देश्यीय सार्वजनिक प्रतीक्षालय तथा भेटघाट स्थलका रूपमा विकास गर्न लागिएको हो। जाजरकोट–छिन्चु सडकसँग जोडिएको यस चौताराले यात्रु, किसान, व्यापारी तथा स्थानीय बासिन्दाका लागि आराम गर्ने, प्रतीक्षा गर्ने र भेटघाट गर्ने स्थानका रूपमा सेवा पुर्‍याउनेछ। प्रस्तावित सुधारले चौताराको मौलिक स्वरूपलाई कायम राख्दै यसको सुविधा, सुरक्षा, पहुँच र उपयोगिता बढाउने उद्देश्य राखेको छ।

यस कार्यका लागि आवश्यक निर्माण सामग्री आपूर्ति तथा निर्माण कार्य गर्न इच्छुक योग्य फर्महरूबाट सिलबन्दी प्रस्ताव आह्वान गरिन्छ। सुर्खेत जिल्लामा दर्ता भई स्थानीय रूपमा सञ्चालनमा रहेका तथा तोकिएको योग्यता पूरा गरेका फर्महरूलाई प्राथमिकता दिइनेछ।

यस टेन्डरसँग सम्बन्धित सम्पूर्ण कागजातहरू, जसमा कार्यको विवरण, प्राविधिक विशिष्टीकरण, BOQ, drawings, तथा प्रस्ताव पेश गर्न आवश्यक अन्य कागजातहरू समावेश छन्, तल दिइएको लिङ्कबाट प्राप्त गर्न सकिनेछ। इच्छुक फर्महरूले उक्त कागजातहरू अध्ययन गरी तोकिएको ढाँचामा आफ्नो प्रस्ताव तयार गरी पेश गर्नुपर्नेछ।

REQUEST FOR TENDER

Youth for Good Governance (YGG) is a non-ethnic, non-religious, non-profit, and non-governmental organization based in Surkhet, Karnali Province. Registered with the District Administration Office, Surkhet, in 2075 BS under the motto "Youth for Change, Change for Youth," the organization is affiliated with various national and provincial-level networks, including the Social Welfare Council and the NGO Federation.

Since its inception, the organization has been implementing effective programs in areas such as good governance, youth empowerment, social responsibility, education, health, gender equality, climate change, disaster risk reduction, and sustainable development, while collaborating with local governments, civil society, development partners, and communities. Believing in the potential, creativity, and leadership of youth, YGG remains actively engaged in bringing about positive societal change through leadership development, volunteering, research, innovation, and social campaigns.

Supply of Materials and Construction of Civil Works for Upgrading of Chautara and Public Waiting Space

Youth for Good Governance Promoting (YGGP) has been implementing the Hamro Sahar – Urban Futurescape Project in Simta Rural Municipality since 2024, led by HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation Nepal in collaboration with Kathmandu University, School of Arts (Master’s in Urban Studies). The project works to promote inclusive, safe and sustainable urban development by responding to local needs and opportunities. In Simta Rural Municipality, the project supports the improvement and development of safe, accessible and useful public spaces for local communities.

As part of this work, the existing Chautara at Jamune Bazar, Simta-6, is proposed to be upgraded into a safe, accessible and multipurpose public waiting and gathering space. Located along the Jajarkot–Chinchu Highway, the Chautara will provide a place for travelers, farmers, traders and local residents to rest, wait and meet. The proposed improvement will retain the traditional character of the Chautara while improving its comfort, safety, accessibility and overall usability.

YGGP invites sealed tenders from eligible firms for the supply of materials and construction works required for the proposed improvement. Preference will be given to firms registered and operating in Surkhet District that meet the required eligibility criteria.

All tender documents, including the scope of work, technical specifications, BOQ, drawings and other documents required for submission, can be obtained from the link provided below. Interested firms are requested to review the tender documents and submit their proposals in the prescribed format.
