Practical Action seeks to recruit dynamic and skilled people to work for Developing a Community Centric Early Warning Protocol for Landslide Early Warning System (EWS) in Bagmati Province of Nepal Project in the following positions:

1. Project Manager: The purpose of the role is to provide overall in-charge of the Developing a Community Centric Early Warning Protocol for Landslide Early Warning System (EWS) to build resilience of communities exposed to hydro-climatic hazards in Bagmati Province of Nepal. S/he oversees and coordinates for effective and sustainable strategy and implementation of activities accordingly for the Project. S/he will be accountable to ensure the coherence and effectiveness in influencing to achieve the change objectives of the Project, and to contribute to the organisation’s Strategic Business Plan and the Change Ambitions.

2. Project Officer: The purpose of this position is to provide support to Project Manager for the effective delivery of interventions under the project Developing a Community Centric Early Warning Protocol for Landslide Early Warning System (EWS) to build resilience of communities exposed to hydro-climatic hazards in Bagmati Province of Nepal. S/he supports in coordination and influencing to achieve change objectives of the Project and to contribute to develop the capacity of partners and communities on the objective of the project. The Project Officer also supports ensuring quality delivery within the stipulated time of the project’s action plan.
