- Make sure that the operations are conducted in the full respect of established rules, regulations and standards.
- Facilitate the affected community’s participation in the process, making sure that its interests are defended in a balanced and fair way.
- Manage all the project’s related administrative and reporting tasks.
- Ensure that the project’s objectives are reached timely, fully and with a high-quality level.
- Ensure that all project’s Stakeholders are satisfied with the interactions and collaboration with KFSN.
- Promote KFSN values and principles in all situations.

This position requires a consolidated experience in post-disaster reconstruction process. The specific requirements are:
- Intermediate or bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (in housing construction) with a minimum of 5 years of experience. A bachelor’s degree in management or in other relevant subjects with relevant experience in post-disaster reconstruction activities can also be considered.

- Good administrative and organizational skills.
- Ability to establish contact and effective collaboration with local partners, in particular the affected community members.
- Strong interest and dedication towards social work.
