Community Family Welfare Association (CFWA) is a not for profit-making national NGO working since 1996. It is dedicated to work strategically to contribute to the overall development of disadvantaged groups with special focus on Children, young women, and another marginalized and disadvantaged groups. CFWA with the partnership of Plan International Nepal is going to implement “Girls Standing Strong (GSS) and Sponsorship (SC)" projects in Dhanusha District. CFWA hereby invites applications from suitable and qualified Nepalese citizens for the following positions:
Details of Announcement:
1. Project Coordinator – 1 (One)
Project Coordinator leads the overall management of Plan International Nepal supported GSS/SC projects in the district under the guidance of the Executive Director/Chairperson and in coordination with Project Specialist- Plan International Nepal. This position is responsible to provide overall programmatic and financial management support in planning, implementing, and monitoring activities of his/her district under the guidance of the Executive Director/Chairperson and in coordination with the Project Specialist.
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred), Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in project coordination or management, preferably with NGOs/INGOs, Proven experience in donor-funded project implementation and reporting.
Duty Station: District Headquarters with 60% field visit
