We are expanding our development ecosystem and seeking experienced professionals for project-based collaboration on high-impact systems.

Role Overview:

We are looking for skilled and experienced developers who can contribute to web and mobile application development projects on a contract basis. You will work on real-world systems such as:

• Core Banking Systems (CBS) 
• Digital Marketplace
• ERP Solutions / Enterprise Applications
• Payment Integrations & Financial Applications

Required Technical Expertise (Any of the Following):

Web Development:

• ASP.NET Core / MVC / Web API 
• Node.js (Express / NestJS) 
• React.js / Angular / Vue.js 
• Laravel 11 / PHP 8.2+

Mobile Development:

• Flutter (highly preferred) 
• React Native 
• Native Android (Kotlin/Java) 
• iOS (Swift) 

Database & Backend:

• MSSQL (priority) 
• PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB 

Additional Skills:

• REST API & Microservices Architecture 
• Git-based version control 
• Basic DevOps / CI-CD understanding 
• Cloud exposure (Azure/AWS preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver modules based on defined project scope 
• Ensure code quality, performance, and security compliance 
• Collaborate with internal teams (UI/UX, QA, Product) 
• Participate in milestone planning and delivery tracking 
• Document APIs, workflows, and technical components

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on development experience 
• Proven portfolio of completed projects 
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision 
• Strong debugging and problem-solving capability

Preferred Experience:

• Candidates with prior experience (Any of the Following):
• Core Banking Systems (CBS)
• Fintech & Digital Wallet Integration (eSewa, Khalti, etc.) 
• ERP / Marketplace Platforms 
• Multi-tenant SaaS applications

Engagement Model:

• Payment based on milestone or project completion 
• Opportunity for continuous engagement across multiple projects 
• Flexible working hours with outcome-based evaluation
