1. Position Title: Program Officer/Child Sponsorship Officer -1

Job Location: WEM’s Head Office, Jaleshwar, Madhesh Province (with frequently field visits in targeted municipality/wards)

Qualification: Graduate in in Social Work/ Sociology/Rural Development of other relevant discipline with minimum 3 years' experience or postgraduate with 1 years of experience.

Subordinate: Program Assistant, Field Staffs, and auxiliary staff

Report to: Program Coordinator

Contract Period: Up to 31 December 2023, possibility of extension

Priority will be given to Female candidates

Major roles and responsibilities 

·      Support to implement the work plan of Project.

·      Providing administrative support as needed.

·       Undertaking project tasks as required.

·       Child Club Formation, Child club mobilization, Child details collection, video graphic and photographic case study collection. 

·       Coordination with the stakeholders.

·       Event report, Monthly Report, Quarterly Report and Annual report writing.

·       Plan and implement activities for child sponsorship Program.

·       Ensure the effective implementation of child sponsorship.

·       Support Program Coordinator to roll out the child sponsorship related activities.

·       Review and report the progress and effectiveness of child sponsorship program.

·       Child Club Formation, Child club mobilization, Child details collection, video graphic and photographic case study collection.

·       Event report, Monthly Report, Quarterly Report and Annual report writing.

·       Work in new child sponsorship system as child message entry and all updating.

·       Ensure actual children and implementation of child sponsorship work in field level.

2.  Position Title: Associate Program Officer -1  

Job Location: WEM’s Head Office, Jaleshwar / Field Office Ramgopalpur, Mahottari (with frequently field visits to the wards and communities Ramgopalpur municipality)

Qualification: Graduate with 1 year of experience, or Higher Secondary Level with 4 years of experience in relevant field. Good knowledge of computer and English

Report to: Program Coordinator

Contract Period: Up to 31 December 2023, possibility of extension

Priority will be given to Female candidates

Major roles and responsibilities 

Support Program Coordinator for planning and implementing the activities as per work plan.

3.  Position Title: Social Mobilizer -2  

Job Location: WEM’s Office in Project Area (Ramgopalpur municipality), (with frequently field visits in targeted wards/communities)

Qualification: Higher Secondary with 3 years of experience, or Graduate with 1 year of experience.

Subordinate: Field Staffs, and auxiliary staff

Report to: Child Sponsorship Officer/Program Coordinator

Contract Period: Up to 31 December 2022, possibility of extension

Benefits: As per the Policy of organization

Priority will be given to Female candidates

Major roles and responsibilities 

·       Collection of data of children of 4-10 years.

·       Support Child Spaceship Officer to effectively roll out the child sponsorship Program.

·       Support Program Coordinator to roll out capacity building of community and schools.

·       Carry out observation visits to community and schools

·       Strengthen relationship with local level stakeholders to ensure required support from their end.

·       Event report, Monthly Report, Quarterly Report and Annual report writing.
