Program Associate

Established in 2016, Bikashka Lagi Ekata (SfD) is a non-profit making non-governmental social development organization currently working in the area of education and public health. It has shown its larger engagement and representation in developing and implementing programs, aiming to enhance the access of public health and quality of education in the community schools as a fundamental right of every citizen. SfD is currently seeking an energetic, result-oriented and self-motivated person for its education project funded by German Nepalese Help Association (GNHA).

Position: Program Associate
No. of Position: 1
Duty Station: 60% field-based (community schools, Sindhupalchok) and 40% office-based

Key Responsibilities:

Support the implementation, monitoring, documentation, and coordination of MGML and ECED interventions; coordinate with schools, teachers, SMC/PTA, mother groups and local stakeholders; and assist in project administration and reporting.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Work, Management, or relevant field.

• Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to work in community schools and rural settings.

• Strong sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and professional ethics.

• Experience in education/NGO projects and having two-wheeler valid license will be an advantage.

Contract & Benefits: One year initially, extendable based on performance. Salary and benefits as per organizational rules.
