COORDINATOR (BBM) Job Duty 

The main purpose of the position is to provide academic and administrative support by monitoring the student’s activities, further channelizing and coordinating with teachers for better output. The position is also concerned with arranging and supervising regular classes activities  and counseling the students about their performance, discipline and behavior and also managing extra classes when required.

Administration 

1.     Handling the day-to-day activities that ensure smooth, efficient educational processes and functions.

2.     Monitoring and Arranging classes, routines and leisure classes.

3.     Coordinate with all Faculties and staffs.

4.     Provide counseling to students and guardians about the student’s performance, discipline and behavior.

5.     Get Handle and keep record of all the academic activities of the college.

6.     Directly supervise the Activities of the supportive staffs and associates.

7.     Maintaining the regularity & punctuality of students and actions accordingly.

8.     Manage necessary arrangement to the faculty members for smooth functioning of classes.

9.     Observe the attendance of the students been taken regularly or not.

10.     Supervision with respect to late comers and take necessary action to be taken accordingly.

11.     Preparing the Not Qualified (NQ) list before each terminal exam and take necessary action accordingly.

12.     Maintaining monthly attendance log of the Faculty Members.

13.     Arrange class in place of the absent teachers.

14.     Implementing effective administrative systems and Monitoring 

15.     Guest lecture arrangements as per course need.

TU related:

Coordinate with TU for  related Activities of  BBM program

16.     Check TU notice and Calendar regarding Exams and Exam Centers, Registration, affiliation related issues, record keeping of documents.

17.     Receiving Marks sheet of students, keeping backup of mark sheets.

18.     Following all the necessary regulation and instruction of TU.

Major Responsibilities: Coordinator

  • Working closely with Principal and reporting.
  • Developing session plan and conducting regular classes.
  • Manage general records of students.
  • Interact with students and provide them with administrative and personal guidance.
  • Serve as a contact and resource person for parents and perspective students.
  • Schedule/conduct meetings of faculty advisors for the purpose of updating information and procedure.
  • Interacts and maintains liaison with students, faculty, staff and outside/community agencies in facilitating program objectives.
