PURCHASE QUOTATION

Funded by Childaid Network Foundation and BMZ, Green Tara Nepal (GTN) has been implementing ‘Promotion of Child, Adolescent and Maternal Health in Dolakha (DHP)’ Project since 2022. GTN now invites quotations from the reputed company/supply agencies/vendors for the procurement of various medical equipment and WASH items for health facilities and the schools. The interested company/supplier/agency/vendor are requested to submit their sealed quotation in the office within given time.

Selection Criteria:

1. Bidder may submit their quotation for single or multiple items according to their capacity. 

Required documents:

1. Quotation (sealed in the envelop)
2. VAT or PAN registration certificate (copy)
3. Copy of Company Register (certificate) with renewal till 2079/80
4. Tax payment certificate for 2079/80 (copy)

Other criteria have been mentioned in the Procurement Notice

• Interested bidders meeting above-mentioned criteria are requested to send a sealed QUOTATION along with the required documents to Green Tara Nepal’s office in Baluwatar no later than 28th June 2024 (14th Ashar, 2081) before 16.00 hrs. Please mention “DHP- Purchase Quotation” on the subject line.
• Separate Quotations should be submitted in the sealed envelope by the bidders for A. Procurement of Medical Equipment; and B. Procurement of WASH and other Materials.

Note: The bid will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives in the GTN office at 2:00 PM on Mon 1 July 2024.
