Php ReactJs Developer - Software Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full-Stack Developer to join our technical team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development of robust, scalable web applications. You will bridge the gap between backend logic and frontend presentation, utilizing Laravel for server-side architecture and ReactJS for dynamic user interfaces and WordPress for advanced CMS-driven solutions. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with a deep understanding of relational databases and a passion for building seamless digital experiences.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain web applications using Laravel (PHP Framework) and ReactJS.

• Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins from scratch; manage complex WordPress ecosystems, including multisite setups and headless CMS architectures.

• Build reusable, efficient, and scalable backend components.

• Create responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces using ReactJS.

• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.

• Manage database design, optimization, and migrations (MySQL or similar).

·       Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging

• Ensure application security and data protection best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Strong experience with Laravel Framework.

• Proficiency in ReactJS and modern JavaScript (ES6+).

• Solid understanding of PHP, OOP concepts, and MVC architecture.

• Deep knowledge of relational database management systems (RDBMS) and query optimization.

• Strong knowledge of REST API development and integration.

• Familiarity with Git version control.

• "Inside-Out" WordPress Knowledge: Beyond configuration—must understand the WordPress core, lifecycle, and how to extend it without over-reliance on third-party plugins

• Experience working with JSON, AJAX, and third-party APIs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with WordPress core.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Technical Skills

• Backend: Laravel Framework, PHP, Node.js

• Frontend: ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind/Bootstrap

• CMS: WordPress Core

• Database: MySQL or PostgreSQL

• Tools: Git, Composer, NPM, Postman

• Deployment & Hosting: cPanel, VPS, or Cloud Servers

Experience Requirements

• 1+ years of professional experience in Laravel development.

• 1+ years of experience working with ReactJS.
