KIRDARC Nepal is an NGO dedicated to uphold the rights of marginalized and excluded communities through its interventions on Human Rights, Democracy and Good Governance with special focus on building capacities of right holders, duty bearers and civil society contributing to inclusive growth and fair development. It works with a vision of a just and prosperous society with people having access to and ownership over resources and communities.

KIRDARC Nepal has been implementing the integrated project in partnership with Save the Children International to improve student’s basic education, implementation of UNCRC by government and Civil Society, to create safe and protective environment for children in school, health facilities and other community settings in 2 Municipalities (Tilagupha and Subhakalika) of Kalikot Distirct. Thus, KIRDARC Nepal is seeking suitable, qualified, dynamic and motivated Nepali citizens for the following full-time positions:

Position Description: Pedagogical Resource Person (Education Resource Person)-2 Persons (Based at Tilagufa & Suvakalika of Kalikot district)

Academic Qualification and Experience: Bachelor's degree in education (preferred Master’s degree in Education) and having 3 years’ experience in education project or at least 5 years of teaching or teacher training facilitation. Knowledge and skill on teacher training facilitation skills as well as coaching mentoring skills, skills in preparing and using teaching-learning materials. Gook knowledge and skills on child friendly teaching learning methodology and skills on inclusive teaching learning materials development. Very good skills and knowledge in documentation and reporting in English and Nepali. Excellent computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Key Skills and Knowledge required: - The position holder should be responsible for providing coaching/mentoring support to early grade teachers including ECCD. The PRP will provide on the spot coaching-mentoring support observing the class to the teachers. The PRP will also facilitate mobile meeting, ten materials, ten skills make effective teaching and learning workshop, Integrated curriculum training and management of coach/mentor on co-funding basic with municipality, provision of innovation to school, performance-based awards to teachers and schools etc. of Sahayatra II project, in close coordination and collaboration with KIRDARC Project Coordinator-Education, program director and as well as SCI project coordinator-education.

Position Description: Procurement & Logistic Officer-1 (Based at Tilagufa Rural Municipality of Kalikot district)

Academic Qualification and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Studies or any related subject with at least 2 years’ experience in logistics support in I/NGO or with intermediate level with 5 years’ experience. 

Key Skills and Knowledge required: - 

• Knowledge of local laws and statutory requirements is essential. Good experience in transparent procurement process, inventory and store management with computer skills including use of spreadsheet and electronic e-mail/internet. 
• Willing to make field visit to remote for logistics and financial support as and when required.  
• Commitment to the aims and principles of KIRDARC a good understanding of the KIRDARC Nepal’s mandate and child focus and an ability to ensure this continues underpin our support.

Position Description: Social Mobilization Officer-1 (Based at Tilagufa Rural Municipality of Kalikot district)

Academic Qualification and Experience: Bachelor's degree in education or any related subject with at least 2 years’ experience in similar positions in I/NGO or with intermediate level with more than 5 years’ of experience. 

Key Skills and Knowledge required: - 

• Good coordination, communication and interpersonal skills (team building and team work) with key stakeholders at Ward level. 
• Ability to understand the capacity needs and build the capacity of the communities and team members
• High motivation and attitude for interpersonal relations and teal building/work. 
• Very good skill and knowledge in documentation and reporting in Nepali and English. 
• Basic computer skills in Ward, Excel, Power Point. 
• Profound social mobilization skills.
