About Us:

Westin College, based in Perth, Australia, is a leading education provider offering high-quality vocational and higher education programs. We are expanding our global network and are looking for a motivated professional in Nepal to support our international recruitment and marketing operations.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Female Operations Manager to work from home in Kathmandu. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing new agents across Nepal to recruit students, coordinating student recruitment processes, and overseeing overall marketing activities in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, establish, and manage new student recruitment agents in Nepal.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with education agents, institutions, and stakeholders.

  • Oversee and implement marketing campaigns to promote Westin College programs.

  • Manage communication and reporting between agents and the Perth office.

  • Conduct market research and provide insights on student recruitment trends.

  • Represent Westin College at local events, fairs, and seminars when required.
