Job Description
We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Accounts & Commercial Support Executive to support our finance and sales coordination activities. The role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, good with communication, and capable of handling both accounting and vendor coordination responsibilities efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations, invoices, BOQs, payment breakdowns, and other financial documents based on approved pricing
- Maintain proper records of invoices, quotations, purchase documents, customer payments, and financial transactions
- Handle daily accounting entries and maintain organized financial documentation
- Follow up with customers regarding pending payments, advances, and payment schedules
- Maintain records of outstanding dues, completed payments, and customer account statements
- Coordinate with management regarding payment approvals, account updates, and financial tracking
- Assist in preparing basic financial, sales, and payment collection reports
- Maintain and update customer databases, inquiry records, and payment follow-up status consistently
- Respond professionally to customer queries related to quotations, invoices, payments, and account status
- Coordinate with audit team for submission of monthly VAT reports and required financial documents
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of accounting and financial documentation
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Strong organizational and record-management ability
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers and vendors
- Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking
- Familiarity with invoicing, quotations, and payment tracking is preferred
- Experience with CRM tools or customer database management is an advantage
- Freshers are encouraged to apply
