Detailed Job description / requirements:
We are looking for a full-time office assistant who can maintain office operations by receiving and distributing communications; maintaining supplies and equipment; picking-up and delivering items; serving customers.
- Greeting clients and visitors as needed
- Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing
- Performing general office clerk duties and visit banks, vendors and customers frequently
- Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information
- Maintains office equipment and supply inventory
- Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Minimum Bachelors degree holder
- At least a year experienced in the related field
- Good verbal & written Communication skills both in Nepali and English
- Sound knowledge of email, internets, Ms words, Excel, social media
- General Knowledge in Sales and Marketing and general accounting
- General Scheduling & Administrative skills
- Typing & Documentation Skills
