VACANCY FOR Administrative staff in customer relations (office work)
Shirley Bredal Pvt Ltd is both a manufacturer of children’s clothing and a webshop for international customers. The company produces clothing for shopfront and online retailers internationally, alongside its own webshop.
Vacancy for an admin assistant in our office is now open, at Shirley Bredal KTM pvt ltd. FULLTIME.
The job is a webshop focused admin job, and the main tasks are:
- Email correspondence with our customers - retail. This includes handling customer complaint and enquiries with guideline and help from the production managers and company director. This includes creating order confirmations, invoices, and invoice tracking
- Handling and entering various types of orders, across both retail.
- In charge of printing and coordinating orders.
- Daily correspondence and coordination of cargo and courier
- Coordination with our production and packing team
- Entering and editing online products for our webshop
- Entering stock updates online, daily
- Entering and updating products, products specifics ( composition, weight, yarn type etc) in our production management system.
- Analysing sales reports and suggesting restock programme.
- Coordination with photographer for timely picture taking
- Other impulsive tasks
Training will be given for all the above tasks. Or systems are logical and easy to work in.
- A happy good punctual work ethics
- Tech savvy and a fast learner
- PERFECT English, both spoken and written is compulsory as well
- GOOD skills in emailing, including proper writing English.
- You must master word and excel
- Reasonable simple accounting skills
- Postive teamworker
We are a busy, creative but fun office, mainly all female. Located in Gairidara.
Salary: 14.000 rs per month.
