NOTICE OF INVITATION FOR TENDER

Islamic Relief Nepal (IRN) invites sealed tenders from eligible, qualified, and experienced suppliers/Vendors registered in Nepal for the procurement of the following nutrition food.

1. Tender Details:

• Tender No: IRN/2026/OT/001
• Tender Title: Supply & Delivery of Food Items (Rice, Gram, Lentil, Mustard Oil, Sugar, Salt)

Bid Security: 2.5% of the total tender amount, inclusive of VAT, issued by a commercial bank.

2. Key Items (Summary):

The tender is for the supply of: Rice, Gram (Chana), Lentil (Masoor), Mustard Oil, Sugar, and Salt.

Detailed specifications, quantities, delivery schedules, and quality standards are provided in the Technical Proposal document.

3. How to Participate:

Interested bidders must:

2. Submit completed Technical and Financial Proposals separately in sealed envelopes as instructed in the Tender Document before the deadline.

Pre-Bid Meeting: 13 Feb 2026 at 2:30 PM (If any supplier/vendor for interested in participating in pre-bid meeting, please send your request to below mention email before 13 Feb 2026.)

Bid Submission Deadline: 18 Feb 2026, 12:00 Hours

Public Bid Opening: 18 Feb 2026, 14:00 Hours at IRN Office

Note: In the above date, all bidders are invited to attend the meeting; however, the opening process will proceed even if bidders are absent.
