About Yuwalaya

Yuwalaya is a purely youth led, non-profit making, non-governmental organization working for and with adolescents and youths of Nepal in order to help them enjoy their life to their fullest potential. Yuwalaya officially registered in District Administration Office, Lalitpur in 2013, however the member of this group has been working in the field of children and youths more than a decade ago. The organization was formed by the child club graduates to guide child club graduates and youths and rekindle their interest towards new and emerging issues of the youths and to work as a bridge between child club members and youths to minimize the dispute between child club graduates, youths and I/NGOs. 

Yuwa Sanga Ko Hamro Sahayatra (YSHS) Project is funded by OIK Korea and YG Entertainment technically supported by Oxfam IN Nepal and implementing partner is Yuwalaya. The proposed project aims at empowering youths from and marginalized groups (including Dalits and poor HHs) financially, socially, and culturally Through conservation of indigenous culture, arts, rituals and music.The youths will be the lead actor/protagonist for conserving local customs, rituals, music, arts and folkore cultures and change agent to bring social behavioral changes at large.

We are seeking for the Sealed Quotation for the and Desktop Computer with Multiplugs and Wireless Connector mentioned below. Since our organization needs computer to implement the programs like Basic Computer class and Advanced Digital Literacy classes for the videography, editing, uploading the creation that the youth create by involving in the musical classes under “Yuwa Sangako Hamro Sahayatra” Project in Dungeshwor Rural Municipality and Bhagawatimai Rural Municipality of Dailekh, Birendranagar Municipality of Surkhet and Lamkichuwa Municipality of Kailali. Yuwalaya hereby request to quote the price for the materials mentioned below in Sealed Quotation by interested and experienced company or Business entity licenses by the Government of Nepal. The details of materials and specification is as below:

Ethical Consideration: During the course of the contract found any Child Labor and or Child is being exploited the contract can be terminated immediately and losses occur by the process the organization will not be responsible.

Necessary Documents to be submitted

• PAN/VAT Registration
• Company Registration Certificate
• Latest Tax clearance Certificate

If the last date of submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain as specified for the original last date of quotation Submission. The procurement committee of this organization has the right to accept or reject the contract in whole or in part for any reason or not.

• The quotation should have validity date.
• The submitted quotation must be signed and stamped in all relevant areas.
