PURCHASE QUOTATION

Funded by ChildAid Network and BMZ, Green Tara Nepal invites quotations from reputed company/supply agencies/vendors for procurement of various items. The interested company/supplier/agency/vendor are requested to submit their sealed quotation in the office. Details of items are as follows:

Selection Criteria:

1. Bidder may submit their quotation for single or multiple items according to their capacity.

Required documents:

1. Quotation (sealed in the envelope)
2. VAT or PAN registration certificate (copy)
3. Copy of Company Register (certificate) with renewal till 2078/79
4. Tax payment certificate for 2078/79 (copy)

Interested bidders meeting above-mentioned criteria are requested to send a sealed QUOTATION along with the required documents to Green Tara Nepal’s office in Baluwatar no later than 7th June 2023 (24th Jestha, 2080) before 17.00 hrs. Please mention “DHP- Purchase Quotation” on the subject line.
