Notice For the Purchase of Ginger (Agricultural Inputs)

Attention: All Interested Suppliers. 

Together with Peacewin, WAC and SAMABIKAS Nepal, in partnership with WHH/BMZ, is implementing the “Women in Climate Resilient Agri-System for Enhanced Nutrition Security (WE-CAN)” project in Chaurpati Rural Municipality wards 4, 5, 6, 7 and Sanfebagar Municipality wards 2, 3, 9, 10, 11, 12 and 14 Achham District, Sudurpashchim Province. 

This is to inform all interested and eligible suppliers that Working for Access and Creation Nepal (WAC Nepal) is Seeking Quotations for the purchase and supply of Ginger and Turmeric, which include WAC Nepal Quotation Firm.

Eligibility criteria: 

• Copy of Firm registration certificate. 
• Copy of PAN/VAT registration certificate latest.
• Copy of Tax clearance latest registration certificate.
• Filled up Clearly mentation Rate list in Quotation Form.
• Duly filled up and Signed Supplier Declaration Form.
• Password must be entered in the submit Quotation Form.
• Germination test report for the requested variety. 
• Interested candidates/firms/Companies should submit all details mentioned above through Sealed Quotation or submitted in the procurement@wac.org.np

Submission Deadline:

Please submit the Quotation by 22 January 2026 by 4:00 PM
