CDC Doti is a Provincial non-profit organization, NGO working for the social and economic empowerment of people under the vulnerable zone and community. It was established on 16/09/2049 B.S and has been serving since 30 years for the same cause for social empowerment, inclusive and quality access to education, Disaster Preparedness and Humanitarian Response. Over the period since its inception, CDC has had long experience working with government, international non-government agencies, community based organization in various sectors of social and economic development. In addition, CDC supports community capacity strengthening for rural development, community groups and people on advocacy development in various sectors. CDC believes in human potentials and strives to empower social well-being, community-led development, accountability to community, donors and stakeholders, government and non-government agencies. In this period CDC Doti has developed strong networking, professional relationship among various organizations, networks and structures in the district and province . CDC has hands-on experience on social development, capacity strengthening of local level government, community based organization in Nepal.

Notice for the Development of Trainer Roster
Community Development Center (CDC) is a non-governmental organization committed to improving the socio-economic condition and quality of life of vulnerable, marginalized, and disadvantaged communities in Nepal, particularly in Sudurpashchim and Karnali Province. Since its establishment, CDC has been working in the areas of inclusive education, health, gender equality and social inclusion (GESI), disaster risk reduction and climate change adaptation, livelihood promotion, women and youth empowerment, child protection, governance strengthening, and community development. The organization closely collaborates with local governments, civil society organizations, schools, health institutions, community groups, and development partners to implement sustainable and community-centered development initiatives. CDC promotes participatory and inclusive approaches that ensure meaningful engagement of women, children, persons with disabilities, Dalits, and other marginalized groups throughout the project cycle. Through its strong community presence and experienced team, CDC has established itself as a trusted organization dedicated to inclusive, accountable, and sustainable development.
Community Development Center (CDC) is currently implementing education related training in Sudurpaschim and Karnali province in support of different funding agencies. Thus, to enhanced the capacity of relevant stakeholders and partners, CDC is invites applications from qualified and experienced professionals for the above-mentioned training and development of Trainer Roster.
Areas of the Trainer Roster:
The roster will include trainers in the following thematic areas:
- Integrated Curriculum training
- Comprehensive School Safety training
- Early Learning and Development Standards (ELDS) training
- ICT training for School Teachers
- Inclusive Education Training
- Teacher Mentoring and Coaching capacity development training
- Capacity Development for Community Learning Centers (CLCs)
- Teaching teaching materials development training
- EIMS (Education Information Management System)
- SESP – Capacity development training
Required Qualification
- Master’s Degree in Education or other relevant subjects from a recognized university.
Required Experience
Applicants should have:
- Minimum relevant professional experience in training facilitation, education program implementation, or teacher professional development.
- Experience in conducting training, workshops, coaching, or mentoring for teachers and education stakeholders.
- Good understanding of Nepal’s school education system, curriculum, and inclusive education practices.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and report writing skills in Nepali and/or English.
- Previous experience working with government agencies, development partners, NGOs/INGOs, or educational institutions will be considered an advantage.
