• Cross-browser compatibility
• Web User Interface Design (UI)
• Security Principles
• Object-Oriented Design
• Web Services (REST/SOAP)
• Efficiently communicate and collaborate with other team members

Prefered:

• Good design skills
• .Net
• MSSQL

Graphic Designer

Responsibilities:

• Understand the requirements
• Design rough draft mockup for approval
• Design per requirements
• Modifying designs
• Ensure the designs and flows are intuitive for end users
• Ensure the designs are pleasing and consistent with the overall platform
• Document all work for future reference

Skills:

• Strong graphic design skills
• Experience creating wireframe using various graphic design software
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web design languages
• Attention to detail
• Creativity and layout skills
• Efficiently communicate and collaborate with other team members

Software Developer        

Responsibilities:

• Understand the requirements
• Develop and modify applications per requirements
• Test, troubleshoot, and maintain applications for quality and performance
• Be available for on-call support as needed
• Document all work for future reference

Skills:

• C#
• Experience integrating different frameworks and SDKs
• Experience with git.
• Object-Oriented Design
• Efficiently communicate and collaborate with other team members

SQL Server Engineer

Responsibilities:        

• Understand the requirements
• Optimize TSQL queries, Stored Procedures, and Functions for scalability and performance
• Analyze and optimize indices for optimal performance in different environments
• Develop scripts and procedures to tune database for regular maintenance and troubleshooting
• Create automation for repeating database tasks
• Set and maintain database standards
• Work with development team to ensure applications are creating and using database in the best way possible
• Diagnose and troubleshoot database errors
• Troubleshoot application performance and scalability issues
• Build and test scripts and patches
• Recommend and implement emerging database technologies
• Be available for on-call support as needed
• Document all work for future reference
