Sindhuli Integrated Development Services Nepal (SIDS/Nepal) is a national, non-profit making, non-political and secular organization. It was registered in 1994 with District Administration Office, Sindhuli under Organization Registration Act 2034 B.S. SIDS/Nepal is continuously being supported by different national, international donors and I/NGOs as well as government of Nepal. 

The Kopila Project, implemented in partnership with Childaid Network Foundation, is currently being implemented in Ward Nos. 2 and 4 of Hariharpurgadhi Rural Municipality, Sindhuli. The project has now been expanded to cover all remaining wards up to Ward No. 8 in Sindhuli district. The main overall objective of project is all childrens in Hariharpurgadhi Rural Municipality achieve improved foundational learning outcomes through quality education, supportive school environment and strengthen parental engagement and more effective local government support for Early Grade Education. Academic Qualification, Experience and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in statistics, social science or related field. (preferred master degree)
  • Minimum 4 years' experience of annual implementation plan (AIP or DIP), log-frame management, knowledge management and high level donor reporting. 
  • Proficient in MS Excel, KOBO Toolbox, and Power BI; strong English report writing and field data collection skills. 
  • Strong skills in data collection, qualitative and quantitative analysis and developing tracking database aligned with project requirements.
  • Issues identify gap analysis and linkage with project planning.
  • Ability to prepare high-quality periodic progress reports. 
  • Demonstrated commitment to governance and accountability for improved project outcomes.

[A]Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL)

  • Contribute to project planning, design, and effective field-level implementation. 
  • Develop and maintain key MEAL tools including IPTT, output trackers, reach reports, and monitoring frameworks. 
  • Ensure accurate, timely data collection, validation, analysis, and digital entry within set deadlines. 
  • Lead and maintain strong data integrity and information management systems. 
  • Conduct regular data reviews and database discussions to inform corrective actions and improve program quality. 
  • Document monitoring findings in quality benchmark and accountability systems with clear action plans. 
  • Ensure adherence to minimum quality standards and implementation guidelines. 
  • Produce high-quality analytical reports, including community feedback reports, learning briefs, and impact stories aligned with child well-being objectives. 
  • Strengthen accountability mechanisms and promote continuous learning for quality program delivery.
  • Produce and submit periodic progress report to the Project Manager that includes valid and concise information. 

[B]Relationship Management and Coordination

  • Maintain strong coordination with local government, CSOs, child-focused agencies, and relevant stakeholders. 
  • Facilitate strategic platforms to share MEAL findings and advocacy outcomes. 
  • Promote transparent communication and collaborative team culture. 
  • Ensure effective coordination with staff, management, board members, and external stakeholders. 
  • Support governance strengthening efforts contributing to project sustainability and impact. 

[C]Child and Adult Safeguarding& Sponsorship Compliance

  • Ensure safe, protective, and child- and adult-sensitive working environments. 
  • Strictly adhere to Child Protection Policy, Code of Conduct, and Gender and Social Inclusion (GEDSI) standards. 
  • Identify, report, and manage child protection concerns following organizational and donor protocols. 
  • Ensure ethical handling and documentation of children’s information. 
  • Guarantee children’s meaningful participation in reporting and programming processes. 
  • Ensure all activities meet GEDSI standards, including inclusion of women, Dalits, Janajatis, persons with disabilities, youth, and ultra-poor households

  • Guide and support ECD and Early Grade teachers in developing teaching-learning materials and implementing daily classroom activities. 
  • Conduct regular school/ECD center and early grades visits & monitor classroom practices, teaching methods, and student progress. 
  • Prepare and submit timely periodic progress reports, field reports, and case stories. 
  • Lead and facilitate high-quality project activities including trainings, workshops, meetings, and seminars. 
  • Regularly mentor and provide on-site support to ECD centers and early grade schools. 
  • Develop and promote low/no-cost teaching and learning materials in consultation with teachers. 
  • Mobilize and supervise Parenting Education Sessions facilitators/volunteers for quality project implementation. 
  • Use monitoring tools and checklists during field visits to track project progress. 
  • Support the development of comprehensive project activity plans on annual, quarterly and monthly basis, aligning them with the project and implementation strategies. 
  • Produce and submit periodic progress report to the Education officer that includes valid and concise information. 
  • Ensure availability of child-friendly, safe, and stimulating classroom and play areas in schools. 
  • Monitor and support Parenting Education sessions; document parents’ understanding and progress. 
  • Organize and lead regular meetings for ECD and Early Grade teachers to strengthen teaching practices. 
  • Facilitate linkages between ECD/Early Grade teachers and Junior Technical Assistant (JTA) for parent group meetings. 
  • Should have strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively represent the project in diverse community settings at schools, wards as well as rural municipality to enhance communication, coordination and collaboration with project partners and stake holders.
