Jo Beauty is a growing cosmetics brand committed to empowering confidence through high-quality beauty products and innovative marketing. We are looking for a passionate and creative Marketing Executive to join our team and help us expand our brand presence.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and sales

• Develop monthly content and campaign calendars

• Manage Jo Beauty’s social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)

• Coordinate with content, graphics, and video teams for content production

• Generate creative and trend-based content ideas

• Assist in planning and managing Meta Ads campaigns

• Collaborate with influencers and manage brand partnerships

• Participate in content shoots and campaign executions

• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis

• Support product launches, offers, and promotional campaigns

• Track performance and prepare marketing reports

• Coordinate with internal teams and report to senior management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing

• Strong understanding of social media platforms

• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads and digital marketing

• Creative mindset with strong content ideation skills

• Good communication and coordination abilities

• Familiarity with tools like Canva and Ads Manager is a plus

• Interest in beauty and cosmetics industry preferred

Working Details

• Working Days: Sunday – Friday

• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
