We’re Hiring: Creative Marketing & Design Executive (Remote – Nepal)

CrowdConnect is an Australian tech company transforming the food & beverage industry through innovative mobile apps, smart POS systems, and a universal loyalty platform called GOBL. We're growing fast — and we’re looking for a talented, driven, and creative individual in Nepal to join our team remotely!

This is a hybrid role for someone who’s passionate about both marketing and design — a storyteller who can create compelling visuals and bring them to life across social media, campaigns, and more.

Position: Creative Marketing & Design Executive

Location: Remote (Nepal) | Type: Full-Time | Start Date: ASAP

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Design marketing content: social media posts, digital ads, presentation slides, brochures, and email visuals.

• Create short-form videos and reels for TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms.

• Manage our social media channels with engaging, well-timed posts and community interaction.

• Support and execute marketing campaigns, influencer partnerships, and in-app promotions.

• Assist with marketing strategy, content planning, and reporting on campaign performance.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in graphic and video design + digital marketing.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and engagement techniques.

• Creative mindset with an eye for detail, clean aesthetics, and audience-driven content.

• Bonus: Experience with marketing automation, email tools, or ad platforms (Meta/Google).
