Rastriya Krishi Company Nepal Limited (RKCNL) invites applications from qualified, energetic, and result-oriented individuals for the position of Marketing and Sales Representative (Part-Time, Incentive based) for its pilot operational areas.

Position: Marketing and Sales Customer Service Representative (Part-Time)

Number of Vacancies: 50 (Fifty)

Work Nature: Part-time, Field based role

Remuneration: Performance/Incentive-based remuneration only

Incentive Structure: NPR 50 per successful, valid and active consumer enrollment 

Additional incentives will be provided on the basis of consumer’s transaction and delivery of goods

(Minimum NPR 30,000 to Maximum NPR 100,000+)

Duty Stations (Pilot Areas):

Bhaktapur: Lokanthali, Kaushaltar, Balkot, Gatthaghar, SanoThimi, Naya/Purano Thimi, Radhe Radhe/ Nikoshera, Gundu and Surya Binayak

Kathmandu: Pepsi-Cola, Koteshwar, Jadibuti, Narephant, Tinkune, Baneshwor

Lalitpur: Bhojepokhari, Tikathali, Imadol, Gwarko, Patan Area

Duty Station will be expanded throughout the Kathmandu Valley very soon.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Promote and onboard customers to the Rastriya Krishi Bazar App 
• Assist customers in app installation, registration, and usage
• Facilitate active transactions on the platform
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local consumers
• Achieve assigned targets within the given timeline

Minimum Requirements:Minimum SEE or equivalent (Higher qualification preferred)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of smartphone and mobile applications
• Prior experience in marketing/sales/consumer service is an advantage
• Must be self-motivated and target-driven
