Laravel Developer – Proprietary CMS & ERP Integration

We are looking for an enthusiastic and capable Laravel Developer to join our team and help enhance, develop, and innovate our proprietary content management systems.

Our CMS platform is designed to support modern websites and can be integrated with ERP and accounting software, creating a complete digital ecosystem from website management through to ERP operations and financial reporting.

This role is ideal for a developer who is not only technically skilled but also positive, proactive, and excited by innovative development work. Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be involved in:
    • Developing and enhancing Laravel-based CMS platforms
    • Building new features and improving existing functionality
    • Working on integrations between CMS, ERP, and accounting systems
    • Creating secure, scalable, and well-structured code
    • Troubleshooting, testing, and improving system performance
    • Working with the team to understand business requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions
    • Suggesting innovative ideas to improve user experience, automation, reporting, and system efficiency
    • Supporting ongoing development of a full digital ecosystem connecting websites, business operations, and financial software

Required Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate should have:
    • Strong experience with Laravel and PHP development
    • Good understanding of MySQL or similar relational databases
    • Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end integration
    • Knowledge of REST APIs and third-party software integrations
    • Understanding of MVC architecture and clean coding practices
    • Experience using Git or similar version control systems
    • Ability to work on existing codebases and improve them confidently
    • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Desirable Skills

The following would be an advantage:
    • Experience developing or maintaining CMS platforms
    • Experience with ERP or accounting software integrations
    • Knowledge of API-based data exchange between systems
    • Experience with Vue.js, React, or similar front-end frameworks
    • Understanding of software security, performance optimisation, and database design
    • Experience working with cloud hosting, Linux servers, or deployment processes
